Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

FAQ

Please refer to common questions below. If you aren’t able to find an answer to all of your questions, you can submit a question directly to me on the Contact page.

What is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP)?

An NTP is certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association, which is founded on a bio-individuality approach to functional, holistic nutrition to balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness. As an NTP, I help clients support their ability to restore balance and enhance their own bodies’ ability to heal.

I am experienced at assessing the unique needs of a person’s situation and providing personalized recommendations that include dietary changes and key lifestyle areas such as stress management, sleep, and movement.

You can learn more about this on the NTA’s website: What’s a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP)?

  • Brain Fog, trouble concentrating

Who are your services NOT for?

If you are not willing to change how you eat and live, Nutritional Therapy is not the right approach for you. Reaching optimal health requires sincere commitment, lifestyle changes, and a positive attitude.

For clients that want 1:1 support, I require a 3 month minimum to work together because this is generally how long it takes to start to see progress.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance.

Do you require your clients to eat a certain type of diet (Keto, Whole30, gluten free, etc)?

No, I do not require anyone to eat a certain type of diet. In fact, every person’s protocol and recommendations will be different. I do however believe a whole food diet that is plant-based is the foundation to health.

What if I don’t live in the same city?

I operate 100% virtually so I work with clients in any location.
