What is an NTP?
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I look at the root cause of your symptoms and provide steps to support your ability to restore balance and enhance your own body’s ability to heal by focusing on the 6 Nutritional Foundations (click through each on the right).
NTPs are certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association, which is founded on a bio-individuality approach to functional, holistic nutrition to balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness.

Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and knowledge seeker. I am passionate about helping people learn how to heal their bodies. I believe we are all capable of thriving every day but most of us have no idea how good we can feel. Modern habits of convenience and demanding work schedules have led us to be more disconnected than ever before from our innate ability to know what our bodies need in order to thrive.
