Meet Kaitlin 

Hello! I’m Kaitlin Borncamp, a CPA turned Health Alignment Expert and Mindset Coach for high-performing leaders and executives. As a Certified Nutritional Therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 3,000 professionals at major consulting firms and tech companies, where I have helped them with improving daily energy, performance, mental health, and increasing stress resilience. 

 

With more than a decade of experience in the high-demand career in public accounting, I’ve personally experienced the pressures and daily stress of being a client-serving professional. There were days when the only thing I wanted to do was close my laptop, put on sweats, and watch Netflix. I experienced low energy, fatigue, depresseion when I was at my worst which negatively impacted not only how I performed at my job, but also how I felt each day. That first-hand experience has fueled my passion for helping busy professionals and executives like you optimize their health so they can feel, look, and perform their best – every day!

 

Feel Great with Kait was born out of a deep understanding of the challenges faced by busy professionals. Drawing on my 10+ years of corporate experience, along with my expertise in nutrition and sustainable habit formation, I’ve developed the Feel Great with KAIT Process that includes everything you need to seamlessly fit health into your busy schedule.     Approach

    When it comes to optimal health, there is no one diet plan that works perfectly for everyone. If there was, we’d all be doing it and you wouldn’t be reading this!

    Through extensive training, copious amounts of research, and decades of my own personal trial and error, I provide you with cutting-edge science and actionable-steps in order to provide you with the most effective experience tailored to your unique needs and goals.

    I follow a principles-based approach, rather than a strict rules-based approach like many health coaches, nutritionists, and functional doctors. Part of my story taught me the power of approaching food, movement, and sleep from a place of empowerment, not from a place shame like so many of us were conditioned when we were young.

    My coaching style is direct but sprinkled with the perfect amount of sarcasm that creates a fun time on every coaching call. I believe that health can be fun and enjoyable once you have the right habits and systems in place.

    Part of what makes my program unique is the Feel Great with KAIT Framework where I teach you how your body works and easy steps you can take to support the key areas of health – what I call the Pillars of Health.

    My Story

    I’m a Colorado Native who loves the beach. My passion for health started in college when I began lifting weights and started to learn how much an impact my diet had on my body. I participated in all of the college festivities that included late nights with frozen pizza or my personal fav a big bowl of cereal after a night of drinking. It wasn’t until I did a 24-day protocol with supplements and no drinking that I saw significant changes in my body in a short amount of time. I was fascinated at how quickly my body could change and I haven’t stopped learning about nutrition and fitness since.

    When I started working full-time in public accounting, I started to realize how exhausting it was to work behind a computer all day especially during busy seasons that demanded 60+ hour weeks. I was forced to make healthier changes in order to keep up with my CrossFit workouts. I worked with various health and fitness coaches who relayed a similar message: I wouldn’t be able to achieve the physique I wanted unless I reduced the amount of stress in my life (what does managing stress even mean anyway?), dialed in my nutrition, and reduced my alcohol consumption. You would think since I paid those coaches for that advice that I would have just taken it and made the changes right away… but it’s never that simple.

    As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Wellness Expert, I empower busy corporate leaders to optimize their vitality. My approach involves a comprehensive approach to wellness, encompassing not only optimized nutrition but also cultivating a resilient mindset that is required to overcome burn out, make healthy habits stick with you for the long haul.

    I believe that in order to change our habits in a sustainable way, we must shift our identity to align with the new version of ourselves that already lives the kind of life we are looking to achieve. This is why I incorporate a focus on mindset with each client protocol.
