Do I need to be diabetic or prediabetic to join?

No. Many clients join Glucose IQ before any formal diagnosis, when they're watching their bloodwork numbers trend upward but haven't crossed into prediabetes territory yet. This is actually the ideal time to act. The earlier you address the underlying patterns, the easier the work is and the faster the results.

That said, many clients are also already prediabetic or diabetic and are working alongside their physician through the program. Both fits are common.

How does the CGM logistics work?

Two Libre3 CGM sensors are included in the program. They ship directly to your home before your start date. Each sensor lasts 14 days, giving you 4 weeks of continuous blood sugar data over the 12 weeks. You'll wear them on your upper arm.

I'll walk you through the application, the app setup, and what to look for in the data. If you've never used a CGM before, you'll learn everything you need to know in week 1.

When do new cohorts start?

Glucose IQ runs on rolling enrollment. You can enroll today and begin the program immediately. You'll join the current cohort on the next weekly group call.

Can I do this if I'm already on medication for blood sugar or cholesterol?

Yes. Many clients are. I'm not a medical professional and I do not prescribe, adjust, or discontinue any medications. Your physician handles that. My work is nutritional and lifestyle coaching that supports your overall metabolic health. Many clients see their physicians adjust their medications over time as their bloodwork improves through the work we do together.

What if I miss a group call?

All group calls are recorded and shared in the community group. You can watch on your schedule and bring questions to the next live call. The program is designed to flex around your real life, not the other way around.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance. Unfortunately, insurance today is designed to cover sick-care related services after a health event has already occurred.

My services are paid out of pocket or you can pay through HSA/FSA accounts. After you've purchased a program, you can ask your insurance provider whether they reimburse health coaching or nutritional therapy as an out-of-network benefit. Some insurance plans may cover all or a portion of the program. I can provide receipts with the necessary information for you to submit a claim if you decide to try.
